Exchanges
If you purchased an item, you can exchange the unused item for another of similar or greater value following the Return policy guidelines below.
With our April Special, when you exchange an item there is no restocking fee on the amount of your exchange items and we will pay for the shipping on any exchange items totaling over $150!(continental USA orders) going to you. We are the only saddle shop to offer free shipping on exchange items. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility but ask if we can help keep the cost down for you!

Returns
We truly want you to be happy with your purchase! That’s why we confidently stand by everything we sell and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided you meet the following:
- Timeline: The item must be shipped back within 30 Days from delivery.
- RMA#: Contact us at to get your RMA# before shipping. email support@ironhorsesaddle.com
- Condition:Unused item will contain no scuffs, scratches, dirt, or horse hair with original packaging and tags
Boots should be returned with the boot box in good condition (no tape or shipping labels on the boot box) - Shipping: The shipping fee from your original order won’t be refunded.
You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping (for both returns and exchanges), and that fee isn’t refundable.
International customer, please send returns via USPS. If you pick another carrier, you’ll need to cover any brokerage fees. Also, we can’t accept any COD (Collect on Delivery) packages. - Cancellations: There is no cancellation fee for a special order or back-ordered saddle that is canceled within 1 week of the order date. Special order or back-ordered saddles will have a 5% cancellation fee if cancelled after 1 week of ordering
Defective items and warranty work
If you receive a defective item that is outside of the normal quality of the manufacturer or if you need warranty work, Ironhorsesaddle.com will assist with either the repair of the item or replace the item with the same model number, color and size. We require a digital photograph of the defect to determine the condition of the item. Shipping may or may not be covered by the manufacturer.
Some problems can be fixed without sending the item back and forth. All warranty work must be within the manufacturer’s specified warranty period and is usually performed through the manufacturer. Used and clearance saddles do not carry a manufacturer’s warranty.

Iron horse saddlery only adds emails to our marketing list that are willingly provided by signing up on our mailing list box at the site or approved in the shopping cart information by the customer.
