All saddle orders receive free ground shipping in the continental United States. Non-saddle orders with a destination in the United States are eligible for economy or standard shipping options. Economy packages may ship either UPS, Fedex, or USPS.
Shipping Options:
Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air. For accurate shipping rates, enter your shipping address at checkout. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count when shipping 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day.
Alaska and Hawaii:
Saddles shipping to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping. Affordable shipping options are available at checkout.
Same Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:01 PM Eastern Standard Time will likely be shipped same day.
Canada | Shipping Information
We are able to offer reduced shipping prices to Canada through the Postal Service or Fedex.

We provide all appropriate forms to get your saddle, tack, boots, and accessories to you safely.
International | Shipping Information
We are able to offer reduced shipping prices to international customers through Global Airmail Parcel Post.
Shipping Option: Global Airmail. For accurate shipping rates, enter your shipping address at checkout.
APO shipments: We ship to APO addresses – contact us for a quote.
Taxes, Duties & Fees: The United States does not charge any taxes or duties. It is your responsibility to check with your local authorities for any duties, taxes, or fees (including tariffs) that may be levied against your purchase. Your local UPS offices may charge additional brokerage fees as well.
Alternative Shipping Options: We often work with shipping companies and family members in the USA who can arrange your international shipment if you choose not to use our standard international shipping options. Contact us to arrange your alternative shipping address.
Transit Times: In stock items shipped usually take 6-10 days for transit but customs clearance may vary. (most countries are only a few days for clearance).
Conversion Rate: All transactions are charged in United States currency. The issuing bank of your credit card determines the conversion rate.
